NOTE: Original cost of this industrial structure was not used to determine resale value of the building in the real estate listed. Building cost of a much simpler type was used to determent pricing.

There is a fifty to eighty years old growth of tall timber, that can be harvested...$$$
When the timber is harvested from the forest, a road is needed to get equipment in and the logs out. Most of us could not handle this challenge, there are individuals schooled in forestry that handle this for you. They tag the trees to be cut, layout the road, route drainage and are the go between the land owner and the logger. Access into the area is in the southeast corner of the property from Marr Creek Road. Wish I did this years ago...
A neighbor would like to purchase the workshop and site...$$$
